Little Legends Live was created to build a stronger foundation for the organizations serving vulnerable children throughout the Lowcountry. By establishing dedicated endowments and bringing the community together through memorable experiences, we turn today's generosity into tomorrow's opportunity.
Our Story
Little Legends Live started with a simple question: What does lasting impact for children in the Lowcountry really look like?
More than two years ago, our founder, Luke Wright, and his wife Andrea moved to Charleston and began meeting with local nonprofits through their family foundation, The Wright Reason. As they listened to nonprofit leaders and the families they serve, one thing became clear: these organizations are doing incredible work, but many are constantly fundraising just to keep that work going.
That insight sparked an idea. What if we could help create lasting financial support for the organizations dedicated to helping children?
Little Legends Live was born from that vision. By building endowments that provide long-term funding, we are helping ensure that the nonprofits serving children today can continue making an impact for generations to come.

We envision a future where every child has access to the support, opportunities, and encouragement needed to thrive and where the organizations serving them have sustainable, long-term funding. By establishing a $1M endowment for each of the five partner organizations, we empower their leaders to focus fully on their missions with enhanced financial stability.

With deep roots in the construction industry, he has built his career around leadership, innovation, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. As a business leader, husband, and father of two, Luke is committed to strengthening communities, supporting meaningful causes, and investing in the next generation.

Chief Legend Maker
Katie Volpe is the Chief Legend Maker of Little Legends Live, where she leads event strategy, sponsorship development, and community partnerships. With experience in sales, marketing, and live events, Katie is passionate about creating experiences that inspire generosity and support children across the Lowcountry. As a mother of two, she is committed to building opportunities for the next generation and helping every child reach their full potential.
